1. About the Site
The Site is an informational and marketing website for TRacknGuide™, a clinical pharmacy tracking and guidance platform developed by Vita In Vivo LLC. The Site describes the product and provides ways to request access, view a demonstration, or contact us.
2. Not Medical or Professional Advice
Content on the Site, and any TRacknGuide materials referenced on it, are provided for general informational purposes only and do not constitute medical, clinical, pharmacological, legal, or other professional advice. TRacknGuide is a clinical decision-support and documentation tool intended to assist licensed clinical pharmacists; it does not replace professional judgment, institutional protocols, or current prescribing information. Any drug information is for reference and must be independently verified against current FDA labeling and your institution’s formulary.
3. Intellectual Property
The Site and the TRacknGuide platform — including all text, graphics, design, layout, logos, software, source code, user interfaces, clinical algorithms, workflows, database schemas, curated clinical reference data, and documentation — are the proprietary property and trade secrets of Vita In Vivo LLC, and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, trade secret, and patent law. The TRacknGuide method is the subject of a pending U.S. patent application (Patent Pending). “TRacknGuide,” the TRacknGuide logo, and “Vita In Vivo” are trademarks of Vita In Vivo LLC. No right, license, or interest in any of the foregoing is granted to you except the limited right to view the Site for your own informational use.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to:
- copy, reproduce, republish, frame, mirror, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Site or the TRacknGuide platform;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, structure, or underlying ideas of any software or technology made available through the Site;
- scrape, crawl, harvest, or use any automated means or bot to access, extract, or index the Site’s content or data;
- circumvent, disable, or attempt to bypass any authentication, access control, or security measure;
- use the Site or its contents to design, develop, train, or market a competing product or service;
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or introduce malware or other harmful code; or
- use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
5. Demonstration and Restricted Areas
Access to the TRacknGuide demonstration, client login, and any other non-public area of the platform is restricted and provided only to authorized persons. Such access is subject to a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement and/or license agreement, which you may be required to accept before entry. Unauthorized access to, or use of, any restricted area is prohibited.
6. No Warranty
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vita In Vivo LLC and its members, officers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Site, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions, and subject to applicable federal law. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.
